Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong timbang ni Baby ang Katapat

Every year we celebrate "Nutrition Month". Our theme today was "Sa Pagkaing Tama At Sapat Wastong Timbang Ni Baby ang Katapat". We should eat nutritious food such as vitamins a, b, c so that we become healthy always.Vegetables and fruits are the most important need of our body. To make babies healthy and have right weight,proper nutrition and a hundred percent of care are needed. Eating right food to give them enough food that gives enough nutrition like milk and other food to gave more nutrition. Foods rich in vitamins adds proper nutrients for babies. This are the proper ways to make the baby healthy.
